GH-300 Certification evidence how to submit in Frontier Transformation Engineer - TITAN Program when you don't list it in MS Learn?

The GitHub Copilot (GH-300) certification is now managed and surfaced through Microsoft Learn, but only for exams that are in the Microsoft Learn system. GitHub certifications taken before the migration in August 2025 were not moved into Microsoft Learn.

Because the exam was passed on 19 Oct 2024 (before August 2025), it will not appear in the Microsoft Learn credentials profile and therefore cannot be selected or submitted from the Learn credentials list for programs that rely on that integration (such as the Frontier Transformation Engineer – TITAN Program).

To provide evidence of this certification to the TITAN Program, submit it using whatever “manual evidence” or “external credential” upload path that program supports, for example:

1. Capture evidence from Credly (the badging provider used for GitHub Copilot at that time):
   • Sign in to Credly with the email associated with the badge.
   • Open the GitHub Copilot certification badge.
   • Use the platform’s share/print options to export or print to PDF, or capture a screenshot that clearly shows:
     • Certification name (GitHub Copilot / GH-300)
     • Issued on and Expires on dates
     • Issued by (GitHub)
2. In the TITAN Program portal, use the option to upload documents or provide external certification evidence (for example, “Upload certificate,” “Attach proof,” or similar) and attach the exported PDF or screenshot.
3. If the TITAN Program requires a verification link, include the public badge verification URL from Credly in the program’s evidence or comments field.
4. If the TITAN Program insists on pulling only from Microsoft Learn and does not accept manual uploads, contact that program’s support and explain that:
   • GH-300 was taken before August 2025.
   • Pre-migration GitHub certifications were not moved into Microsoft Learn.
   • The only official record is the Credly badge and its verification page.

For any future GitHub Copilot exams taken after the migration to Microsoft Learn, those certifications will appear under the Microsoft Learn credentials profile and can be referenced directly from there.
