How to get my azure exam fee converted into a coupon code or how can I get my exam rescheduled?

I was undergoing the azure "AI-103 Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Apps and Agents Developer Associate (beta)" exam. I took a 5 minutes break (and in the terms and conditions it was already mentioned that I can take a break but the timer of the examination won't stop". I got a call from the proctor on my mobile phone and I confirmed her that I have not completed my exam yet and I had gone for a 5 minutes break. I joined in the exam again and after performing 7-8 more questions I got a notification of "You exam has been revoked by the proctor".

I need my exam to be either rescheduled or provide me a coupon code for the same as I didn't violate any of the exam rules.

Did you pause the timer in the top-right of the screen or select Take a Break in the left-hand menu https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/exam-duration-exam-experience#unscheduled-breaks-on-exams

If you took a break properly, the proctor needs retraining - please raise a case with Pearson Vue support https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact and also with Credentials support https://aka.ms/credentials-support

Exam revocation, rescheduling, and any request for a free retake or voucher cannot be handled directly through documentation; they must be handled by the exam delivery and support channels.

For this scenario (exam revoked by the proctor during an Azure certification exam), the next step is to contact Pearson VUE support and explain the situation, including the date/time of the exam, exam code (AI-103), and that the exam was revoked after an allowed break. Pearson VUE is the only channel that can investigate the proctor’s action and determine whether a reschedule or voucher/fee adjustment is appropriate.

Use the Pearson VUE Microsoft contact page for issues when taking an exam: https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact

If additional help is needed after contacting Pearson VUE, raise the case details in the Microsoft Certification Support Forum so a moderator can review and advise further.
