Hi Lee Waldman,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble using your Skype Credit through the Skype Dial Pad.
Please make sure you are signed in with the same personal Microsoft/Skype account that has the Skype Credit balance. Then try checking your Microsoft account profile first:
- Go to Microsoft account profile
- Open Your info
- Make sure your language, country/region, and profile details are filled in correctly
- Then try adding/updating the billing address again
If the billing address still cannot be added or saved, please try changing the account language to another available language, save the change, and then try adding the billing address again.
If your Skype Credit is inactive, you may also need to reactivate it here: Reactivate Skype Credit
After that, please try opening the Skype Dial Pad again at Skype Dial Pad.
Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
