Need to merge historical MCID with my current Learn profile

Hello,

I completed my Microsoft certification exams back in 2014 via Pearson VUE using my personal Gmail account.

Currently, when I log into Microsoft Learn, my Transcript and Credentials tabs are completely empty. It seems my historical certification profile (MCID) was never linked or migrated to this modern Learn profile.

Could you please help me locate my old certification record and merge it with my current Microsoft Learn account?

MCP ID/MC IDs have not been used since the merger of Certification profiles and Learn profiles in 2024. Your Microsoft Learn username is now your unique ID.

It is not possible to transfer certifications.
