Azure for Students subscription not created after registration

Hello,

I registered for Azure for Students using my personal Microsoft account and successfully verified my official student email from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.

I completed the registration process and received the Azure welcome email. However, when I sign in to the Azure Portal, it shows "No subscriptions."

I have already tried:

  • Signing in using Incognito mode.
  • Using both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
  • Signing out and signing back in.

The subscription still does not appear.

Could someone please check whether my Azure for Students subscription was provisioned successfully and advise how to activate it?

Hi Pranesh Sukumar

Based on my research, I found an official article that addresses this situation: No subscriptions found error - Azure portal sign in - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn

You may try following the guidance provided below:

If the guidance does not help resolve the issue, I would recommend reaching out to the Microsoft Support team for further assistance. As this is a user-to-user support forum, moderators and community members do not have access to the internal tools and resources required to investigate subscription related issues in greater detail.

You can create a support request using the following link: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2083458

I hope this provides some additional insight.
