I have made more than 13,000 Microsoft Rewards points so far, but I cannot redeem the 800 Robux yet, although i have been waiting for more than 2 months and a Microsoft Rewards user for more than 2 years, i haven't seen the Redeem button available for such long time.
It always says "So popular we're restocking! Back soon!" while my country is available in the Available Regions support page.
It feels like I grinded and got 13K points for nothing, I have none of the platforms available except Roblox, please fix this Microsoft.

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after saving more than 13,000 points and waiting for the 800 Robux reward to become available again.

The “So popular, we’re restocking! Back soon” message generally means that the reward is currently unavailable. Even if Microsoft Rewards is supported in your country, the rewards catalog and availability of individual items may still vary by region. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be a publicly available restock date for the 800 Robux option.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot access the Rewards inventory, restore the Redeem button, or confirm when a specific reward will return.

Since you have already been waiting for two months, I recommend contacting Microsoft Rewards Support and sharing the exact message shown on your redemption page. They are the appropriate team to review Rewards availability for your account and region.

In the meantime, it would be best to keep your points and check the Redeem page periodically. I know this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I hope the 800 Robux reward becomes available again soon. Thank you so much for your understanding.
