Pictures no longer are displayed with Microsoft® Outlook® LTSC MSO (16.0.14334.20806) 64-bit

I have done the most common solutions, but is there any other suggestions.

Hi John A Wavra,

The message in your screenshot indicates that classic Outlook believes it is working offline.

Please open Send/Receive and select Work Offline once. The button should not remain shaded, and the Outlook status bar should no longer show Working Offline or Disconnected.

If Outlook is already online, press Windows key + R, enter outlook.exe /safe, and test an email. If pictures load in Safe Mode, an Outlook add-in or security-software integration may be interfering.

You can also close Outlook, open Internet Options > Advanced, and ensure Do not save encrypted pages to disk is not selected, then restart Outlook.

    Dear @John A Wavra,

To ensure I understand your request correctly and to support you as effectively as possible, I need more specific information from you:

Could you share a screenshot of the issue message (please remove your personal information)?

Are you using a business/ school account or a personal one?

Is the computer connected to a corporate network, VPN, proxy server, or web-filtering service?

Have you tested the issue using a different network, such as a mobile hotspot?

Does the issue affect all emails containing pictures, or only emails from certain senders or domains?

Are pictures displayed correctly when you open the same email in Outlook on the web?

Does the issue also occur when Outlook is started in Safe Mode?

When did the issue begin? Was it after an Office update, Windows update, security software update, or organizational policy change?

Your provided information will help me assist you more promptly and efficiently.
