I have Microsoft 365 Premium with CoPilot and I have updated and made sure I am signed in correctly, but the CoPilot button is "greyed" out in my classic outlook --how do I get it to not be greyed out? Thank you!!!

Hi @Christy Kofoed

Could you please verify whether your Classic Outlook has been updated to Version 20026.20182 or later?

Based on my research, this issue may be related to a known issue currently affecting Classic Outlook. Microsoft has documented an issue where Copilot entry points may be missing, unavailable, or appear grayed out after updating Classic Outlook to Build 20026.20182 or higher.

You can refer more via: Copilot buttons are missing in classic Outlook for Windows

If your Outlook is on one of the affected builds, your issue may be related to this known Microsoft issue currently under investigation. As a temporary workaround, you could consider using New Outlook or Outlook on the Web (OWA).

I hope this helps.

If you have any additional concerns, feel free to comment below. I would be more than happy to assist.

Hi! Yes, I am using the Classic Outlook version 2608 (build 20326.20044) and I did try seeing if I used the new outlook if that would help, and it doesn't! Thank you so much for your help!!
