Mon fournisseur est free.fr

Hi @scotto thierry

Thanks for the details you shared.

Just to clarify — have you tried accessing your email online via the Outlook Web App (Outlook on Office.com), or are you using the webmail provided by your email provider (Free.fr)?

If you're unable to access your account via New Outlook or Outlook Web, it may be necessary to check with your email provider (Free.fr) to confirm whether they support modern authentication protocols required by those platforms.

Also, since your mailbox works fine in Outlook Classic, but the calendar doesn't sync, that’s expected behavior. Outlook Classic connects via IMAP, which only supports email — it does not support calendar synchronization. That’s why your calendar isn’t working in that setup.

We hope the details provided will assist you effectively.
