Hello Microsoft for Startups Support,

I am a participant in the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub program and was awarded $1000 Azure credit, then I active it today, I was expecting to see the award credits in Azure. However I cannot see the Founders Hub credits in Azure subscription. (Home->Cost Management + Billing->Products + services->Azure subscription)

I would like to ensure that my Founders Hub credits are properly linked to my Azure subscription so that I can use them for my project. Is there something wrong configration in my account?

My account in Founder Hub program is: **@outlook.com , my azure account is: ....@outlook.com

Thank you for your support!

Hi goat grassland,

If you have received confirmation that your Azure credits have been unlocked but they are not yet reflected in your Founders Hub account, please ensure that you have completed the activation process. Sign in to the Founders Hub portal, check the Home page for an "Activate Azure Account" option, and follow the activation steps.

Additionally, please note that the updated credit balance may sometimes appear in the Azure Sponsorship Portal rather than directly in the Founders Hub portal. In some cases, this delay is due to a synchronization issue, which typically resolves itself over time. Visit Microsoft Azure Sponsorships Balance to confirm whether the new credits have been applied to your account.

For further assistance, you may need to collaborate with a billing engineer to ensure that your credits are properly assigned to the correct account. Could you please create a support ticket with the billing team here. They will be able to assist you in resolving this matter efficiently.

If the issue persists, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance Submit Support Request.
