Missing Emails Outlook - Not all my emails come through

I get some of my emails but not all. I've had people send me text emails and some come through others don't. Personal and business emails are missing.

I only am using 26% of my storage.

I cleared my history.

I don't have any filters or rules within my outlook

I checked junk/spam and clutter and archive but they are not there

It doesn't appear to be a server issue

I'm not forwarded to another account.

What can I do.

Dear @Kim Tews

Thank you so much for contacting Microsoft Q&A Support.

I really understand that you are facing the inconvenience that some of your emails are missing. Also, I appreciate that you have tried many workarounds; however, it still does not work. Therefore, please kindly see this article and try it first: Email is missing from your Outlook.com inbox - Microsoft Support

Besides that, I find several suggestions that may help you, please consider trying them:

1.If you're managing their email domain (e.g., via Microsoft 365 or another provider), check the message trace or email logs to see if the missing emails were rejected or delayed. User's image

2.If you use Outlook desktop or mobile:

  • Try accessing Outlook Web to see if emails appear there.
  • Check if any add-ins are interfering.
  • Ensure you are syncing properly (check for sync errors if applicable).

3.You should check Blocked Senders or Safe Senders because sometimes senders are unintentionally blocked:

  • Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email in Outlook.
  • Check Blocked senders and Safe senders lists.

4.You should check the quarantine portal or security dashboard because even if spam/junk folders were checked, some emails might be quarantined by Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

You can consult in here: Find and release quarantined messages as a user - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft Learn

Wish you a pleasant day!
