A family of Microsoft spreadsheet software with tools for analyzing, charting, and communicating data
Hi @lyndel small
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
I totally understand how a sudden change in text size after a Windows update can make it harder to use your apps comfortably.
Here are a few things you can try to adjust the text size in Outlook and other Microsoft apps:
- Adjust scaling settings in Windows
- Go to Settings > System > Display.
- Under Scale and layout, increase the Scale percentage to 125% or 150%. This will make everything on your screen, including text, appear larger.
- Change text size
Go to Start > Settings > Accessibility > Text size.
- Use the slider to increase the text size, then click Apply.
- Check Outlook’s zoom level
If emails in Outlook still look too small, open a message and press Ctrl + Scroll Wheel or Ctrl + Plus (+) to zoom in.
Let me know if any of these steps help, or if the issue continues. I’d be happy to assist further!
