Rules engine configuration rules

Hi guys!

I'm using the Azure Front Door Classic pricing tier and the Rules engine configuration to define routing rules. As the documentation says, there should be a condition operator called "RegEx" -> https://cutt.ly/fCKmieC. Unfortunately, I can't see that on the list. What's the problem? Is it available on the AFD Classic?

If not, so what can I do to configure routing for the request path "users/{userId}/avatar", where "{userId}" is not a const string, but GUID. I've tried to use a wildcard "users/*/avatar", however this solution doesn't seem to work.

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.
I understand that you are trying to use "Regex" under Rule Engine of classic AFD.

"Regex" and "NotRegex" operators are not supported under classic AFD Rules Engine.

To make use of the above, we would be required to upgrade to Standard/Premium AFD Plan.

I have created an internal work item to update the document and it should reflect soon.
