MTeams Bluetooth losing audio issue, not related to connectivity

I have noticed a pattern with any of my bluetooth headsets during a call. after 25 to 30 minutes, I stop hearing any input audio of the conference call through teams. I have discovered that going to the device settings and changing the audio device to laptop speaker then back to bluetooth will give me another extra 25 to 30 minutes to listen in the call. It is not connectivity issues since the bluetooth is always connected to the laptop, it just times-out and have to swtich audio devided then back to bluetooth. I dont know if this is a glitch on the script/coding. hope this get fixed in future updates :)

    I have the same problem but to a much more extreme extent. If I answer a teams call or join a meeting with my bluetooth headphones connected it will not connect the mic and then crash the teams app. Even if I try to stay in the meeting just to listen in I will be repeatedly booted out of the meeting and have to restart the app each time. I use AKG Y400 heaphones and have been using them on teams on my previous laptop for over a year without problems. It was only after I upgraded to a new laptop that the problems started. I can only use wired headphones with teams. The headphones work fine for all other functions on the laptop. It is just teams that doesn't work.

    Please fix this bug, bluetooth headphones are much more convenient for my work and I don't want to have to invest in a new set of outdated wired headphones just to use with a single app!

    Sony WH-510 has same issue on Win7, every fifteen minutes you need to switch audio output to make headphone work again.
    Sounds starts skipping and gets worse and worse very quickly.

    I'm having the same issue with the Sony WH-710N but I think its not only the teams it happens for me for all the voip software Team, Zoom, Messanger even if use it with a chrome (Google meet or Hangout) I think its the head set related. I have 4-5 different types of headsets and it happens only on this Sony model. Its happens on the 30 minute of the call +/- and if I disconnect and connect it gives me another 30 minutes (sometimes less) in most of the cases but sometimes I need to restart the app which is really annoying during the call.

    Same issue with M-TK CT887. This is really annoying, should be bluetooth standard, manged by windows, not Teams specifically.
    Why does it work for all apps except Teams?

    Hi,

    Even I am facing the same issue with Sony WH-CH710N and MS Teams Desktop App.

    I bought it for my all day meetings but seems I cannot use it now after spending Rs. 9000/-. Do we have any resolution to it?

    MS Teams Desktop Version 1.4.00.2879 (64-bit). It was last updated on 2/11/21.
    Windows 10 Home Version 19041.746 on Dell Inspiron 7559 i7
