Receipent Name is not displayed in shared Mailbox sent items

In an email, the recepent name is displayed on the sent items where as the in the shared mailbox the receipent email is not displayed.Thus, we need to either remember the subject or go through each email. what is the solution for shared mailbox so that the receipent name can be seen on the sent items. Any solutions so that in the shared mailbox also the recepient name is shown instead of shared in every sent items.

How do you open the shared mailbox?According to my test, when I add shared mailbox under my primary mailbox, I also get the same result with you.
I think that's probably the way it was designed, but if I open a shared mailbox in a separate browser window then the recipient's name will be displayed, you can try it.

Like you mentioned if it was designed in that way then it would have displayed the same in the desktop application but while going through the desktop application it seems everything fine. Can you please explain on how it worked on desktop app but not on web?

Yes, there is a difference in functionality between the client and the web side, and if you want a better experience, it is recommended that you download the client
