I have a 2 server farm, Front-end with Distributed Cache + Application with Search. Started from 2010, migrated to 2013, 2016 and last month to 2019. At the last one I had some troubles, I just noticed few days ago, that the WSS_Content has this message. The problem is the following:

If I run Test-SPContentDatabase WSS_Content I get some warnings, but all are non-blocking. If i run Upgrade-SPContentDatabase WSS_Content I get the following error:

Upgrade-SPContentDatabase : Upgrade completed with errors. Review the upgrade log file located in C:\Program Files\Common
   Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\16\LOGS\Upgrade-20220926-203719-297-f21c6c6f4d824e8d9e07bf74fc4ecaf9.log. The number of
errors and warnings is listed at the end of the upgrade log file.

If I check the log:

If I unistall the feature MySiteMicroBlog the message Database is up to date, but some sites are not completely upgraded. does not show up, the command Upgrade-SPContentDatabase WSS_Content_Intranet says that no upgrade is required, but some webparts are not rendered at all.

I found this on the web, to upgrade the feature, here again:

   $featureName="MySiteMicroBlog"
   $latestVersion=(get-spfeature|where {$_.DisplayName -eq $featureName}).Version
   $web=get-spweb http://portal/tools
   $theFeature=$web.Features|Where {$_.Definition.DisplayName -eq $featureName}
   $currentVersion=$theFeature.Version
   write-host "Current Version: $currentVersion, Latest Version: $latestVersion"

   $theFeature.Upgrade($false)

I get the following error:

   <nativehr>0x80070002</nativehr><nativestack></nativestack>

Any Ideas?

    I fixed it followings:

    • Backup of customizing of the affected website
    • Delete the affected website
    • Upgrade the feature
    • Execute Upgrade-SPContentDatabase
    • Recreate the website from scratch adding the backed up data
