facing an issue while register az-900

Hi Team,
I am facing some issue while register the az-900 exam.It is showing invalid name while submit the form.Actually my name is Rachna in all govt.id but it is asking lastname as well due to that i am not able to register the exam.could you please suggest some resolution to schedule it.please check bewlo screnshot for same.
