I get 'username or password is incorrect' message for a device I just joined to Azure AD

Hello there,

I have a problem accessing an Azure AD joined device after joining Azure AD, I always get "username or password is incorrect" just after I join the device to Azure AD.
The issue is in two different tenants, both tenants have verified domains that are federated with ADFS.

I checked already logs in the device, but nothing really useful was found there.
I have also checked sign-ins in Azure AD, it does not show any issue.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

    Hello,
    the issue has been solved by Microsoft.
    it was all about having MFA enabled on office 365 relying party in ADFS.
    to solve this issue, MFA must be disabled on ADFS relying party, or a custom access control policy must be created in order to allow "Windows-AzureAD-Authentication-Provider/1.0" as below:
