AZURE: is it possible to configure new resources to be automatically enrolled in log collection where all logs are collected?

I'm looking to see if it is possible to create a resource and instead of having to manually go to the log analytics and apply the logs you want collected and where to send them to if that can be automated via a custom policy using power shell or if there is a native way in the dashboard to enroll all new resources into log collection as soon as they are created or maybe batched after the fact. Thanks
