    Hi James, Kashflow sent me the info below via Email (i've added the hyperlinks they inlcuded). I followed it and set it up and what happens is the connection is accepted as successful but when emails are sent I don't receieve them. Yes I am using outlook, however kashflow and have looked at this and tried to sending to themselves and they didn't receive either - don't know what they use. kashflow have looked at this and in their opinion everything is set up correctly - they think it is something to do with 'relay' but to be honest all it if means nothing to me. Included screen shots Hoping you have some ideas..

    Dear customer,

    We are writing to you as you have configured IRIS KashFlow to use your own email account to send emails.

    If you are using Microsoft’s Outlook 365 as an exchange server, you will need to update your settings from using basic authentication https://click.iris.co.uk/OTcxLU5XQi04MDIAAAGHZXW6N8RWIPBfGWvW2LP3bQHAbhbUAt5KJ_5xdNZT9TKLNE7fFwQMdUlDaBU1AyH6BGRXKRY=to an OAuth setting as Microsoft is ending its basic authentication option.

    Microsoft have announced the basic authentication will end after 31st December 2022. https://click.iris.co.uk/OTcxLU5XQi04MDIAAAGHZXW6N7ah244bVNIbUiuCS_yFrQZDJ4BgM6XT1rHWPxpKQ_N46Bk0UqX6M-JxHWCJaSdLFeM=

    The great news is IRIS KashFlow now supports OAuth. You will need to update your ‘SMTP configuration’ in IRIS KashFlow by 31st December 2022. Click here to update your configuration to continue using this exchange, otherwise you will not be able to send emails from this date onwards. https://click.iris.co.uk/OTcxLU5XQi04MDIAAAGHZXW6N8esa4SG9msbIsti2flMAhdHqg2XwpfseY4bf8lHLIu-L_KjNyyOsbdpeUl1laVXXFU=

    You can find instructions on how to update the SMTP Configuration page here. https://click.iris.co.uk/OTcxLU5XQi04MDIAAAGHZXW6N1lbbCG44LPEPHIHXJqe3YKRv2jCQk9ZeyjdwTlyDs7dvWAK_oxazNRsGIWZwvZ5-tU=

    Thank you for your continued custom.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi Lisa

    Thank you for your patience

    Our developers report they get the error below

    Exception occurred while sending mails for the mail header id [46832776] -
    Status Code: Forbidden
    Microsoft.Graph.ServiceException: Code: ErrorAccessDenied
    Message: Access is denied. Check credentials and try again.
    ClientRequestId: e21f9c47-01eb-443c-a0e7-eb588864f79d
    at Microsoft.Graph.HttpProvider.<SendAsync>d__18.MoveNext()
    --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown ---
    at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw()
    at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task)
    at Microsoft.Graph.BaseRequest.<SendRequestAsync>d__40.MoveNext()
    --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown ---
    at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw()
    at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task)
    at Microsoft.Graph.BaseRequest.<SendAsync>d__33.MoveNext()
    --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown ---
    at System.Runtime.ExceptionServices.ExceptionDispatchInfo.Throw()
    at System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TaskAwaiter.HandleNonSuccessAndDebuggerNotification(Task task)

    they ask that you forward that to Microsoft and ask them to use ClientRequestId in their mail thread. This is definitely something related to their exchange server setting.
    Kind Regards,

    Are you still having problems? I had the same issue but it's because I didn't go into App Permissions > Microsoft Graph then select 'Send' and 'Read.Write' under Mail. I did this, clicked the 'grant admin consent' button, then disconnected/reconnected in Kashflow and it's now sending email.
