Hi James, Kashflow sent me the info below via Email (i've added the hyperlinks they inlcuded). I followed it and set it up and what happens is the connection is accepted as successful but when emails are sent I don't receieve them. Yes I am using outlook, however kashflow and have looked at this and tried to sending to themselves and they didn't receive either - don't know what they use. kashflow have looked at this and in their opinion everything is set up correctly - they think it is something to do with 'relay' but to be honest all it if means nothing to me. If you are using Microsoft’s Outlook 365 as an exchange server, you will need to update your settings from using basic authentication https://click.iris.co.uk/OTcxLU5XQi04MDIAAAGHZXW6N8RWIPBfGWvW2LP3bQHAbhbUAt5KJ_5xdNZT9TKLNE7fFwQMdUlDaBU1AyH6BGRXKRY=to an OAuth setting as Microsoft is ending its basic authentication option.

The great news is IRIS KashFlow now supports OAuth. You will need to update your ‘SMTP configuration’ in IRIS KashFlow by 31st December 2022.
