Disable or remove Project Server 2016 and convert PWA site collection to SP 2016 Team Site collection

Hi,
We have SharePoint 2016 PWA site collection with provisioned with Project Server 2016 and here i want to upgrade it to SharePoint 2019 without Enable Project Server 2019 in new SP 2019 Farm because i dont have key for Project Server 2019.

In SP 2016 farm PWA Site Collection there are many Document center sites created and uploaded lot of documents and its size is nearly 30 GB and i want to upgrade this site collection to SharePoint 2019 Farm.

Here in SP 2016 Farm is any way to disable or remove Project Server 2016 and convert PWA site collection to SP 2016 Team Site collection or any other Template and upgrade its content database to SharePoint 2019?
