outlook not moving whole conversation to public folder

outlook 2016 correctly moves a conversation (send + received message) to different folder in the same user mailbox. But when I move the same conversation to a public folder, only the received message is being moved. The send message, stays in send.

Is there a setting / solution to keep this behaving the same (every where). Thus always move the conversation?

Hi @FIX MY LIVE ACCOUNT FINALLY AFTER 5 MONTHS ,

Yes, you are right. Just as you said, it is a default behaviour that you could not see the sent message in Conversions view after moving the received messages to Public folder.

The Public folder is a shared path of the Public folder mailbox. When moving the received email messages to the Public folder, the sent emails and the moved emails are not in the same mailbox, so the conversation view could not show all the emails. As I know, Outlook has not supported the feature of automatically moving emails in the same conversation in different folders together to Public folders. Therefore, you need to manually move the messages of the same conversation in your Sent Items folder to the Public folder to display the complete conversation.

If you still have a demand to add this function to Outlook for Windows, you could create a thread in User voice, then other users will could vote on it for you, Microsoft may notice it and add it in the later version.

Yes sorry, they blocked my account again. I guess microsoft does not want to be reminded about bad/no support they are giving.

I have indeed posted the request, although to me this looks more like a bug. Because by the behaviour of course should be the same everywhere.

Do you have an idea if this can be solved by some outlook plugin/scripting. I really like to have this, maybe I could ask some 'outlook developer' to make this.
