Everyone who has this problem please check and see if the organization is still there as mine has disappeared without me having to do anything , I believe it was just a
delay in the admin removing all the guests after the summit

I attended the Microsoft Business Application Summit (virtual) on May 6th, which added me to MS's tenant it seems. It showed up in my Teams application, and apparently the way to remove it is to go to myapps.microsoft.com, which correctly took me to my company's AD portal. At the bottom, it shows my organizations, and gives me an option to sign-in and leave the MS tenant.
However, when I do that, I get this error every time.
Is this something our admin needs to fix, or can MS remove me as a guest tenant from their AD? Thanks!

I am also experiencing the same issue.
Hi GBHCVT-7001,
This error message seems to indicate you have no access to applications.
Please check if the resources are contents in an app workspace. You can contact the IT assistance to configure the permission to let the app can be seen by members.
Or try this in the new interface:
https://myworkaccount.microsoft.com/organizations
Leaving an org here does not try to list the apps to which you have been given access. Perhaps this will let you leave that org?
I am also facing the same issue still it is not removed for me . is there any way of getting it removed?
