Office 365 user activity details

Organization wants Office 365 reports (User Activity detals like last logged in user) to help better manage the productivity of th employees. There are default reports from Microsoft which needs to be customized using Power BI.

How to fetch the dataset of different work loads like Exchange (Mail Traffic flow and so on), One Drive, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Teams, Yammer etc.
