I have Windows 10 with Outlook 2013. I want to install the junk email reporting add-in. I have followed the instructions on this page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/junk-email-reporting-add-in-for-microsoft-outlook?view=o365-worldwide#install-the-junk-email-reporting-add-in -- including verifying that .NET Framework 2.0 is enabled (which it is, via .NET 3.5). But the installation fails with a message saying that dependencies are missing (no details). What other dependencies does this add-in have? and why doesn't the installer tell me?

    Hi @Stephen Robertson ,

In order to confirm your issue, I used the Outlook 2013(15.0.5285.1000) and followed the steps in the article you mentioned above to test, installing the Junk Email Reporting Add-in using the Setup wizard, but seems have not met any issues or errors. I can got the report options successfully.

To avoid possible issues, please make sure your Windows and Outlook has been fully updated and repaired. Check if you have properly downloaded the appropriate version of the installation package.

By the way, other windows-related factors may also cause similar problems. If necessary, you could try to create a new windows profile to see if this issue could be resolved.

    Hope this can be helpful.

Ah! That's probably it. I assumed 64 bit since my machine and windows etc are 64bit, but it turns out I have 32-bit Office installed. Many thanks for your help.
