Azure front door don't forward certificates?
Hi,
I'm using an azure front door in front of an azure apim. The azure apim requires valid client certificates.
Now I'm sending a request to the azure front door but the azure apim can't see my certificate. So I guess the certificate is lost in the azure front door?
Is azure front door designed like this?

This might not be possible today as allowing Azure Front door to inject the client certificate into request header: X-ARR-ClientCert similar to App Services is not yet implemented and is been under triaged.
I would recommend you upvote this feature in the feedback section. All of the feedback you share in these forums will be monitored and reviewed by the Microsoft engineering teams responsible for building Azure.
