Have you tried to repair your Visual Studio? You can also try the following workaround:
- Close all instances of Visual Studio;
- Delete the following folder: %localappdata%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\16.0_xxxx\ComponentModelCache;
- Relaunch your Visual Studio as administrator.
