Please try the following methods:
Hold shift and select shutdown. Deselect "fast boot" in power options
Also, remember to update the sound driver from the PC or device maker's Support Downloads webpage for your exact model, if it is newer than the one presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. While there compare to make sure you also have the latest BIOS, Chipset, Display, Network and all other drivers.
Due to security policy, community support cannot download and save user’s personal data such as dump or log files, if you really need crash dump files analysis support, open a support ticket with Microsoft.
