I have made a Visio subscription approx. 1.5 years ago. After the first month I lost access to the account (can't remember e-mail and password). How do I cancel the subscription?

According to your description, your issue is related to Account and billing, which is not supported on Q&A forum currently.
Besides, as we could not find "Cancel" or "Upgrade or Cancel" option without signing to the My Account with the associated email account.
I suggest you to contact Microsoft Support online for further assistan or suggestions.
You may click Open Get Help app > Enter somthing thing like "Microsoft Account", click Contact us button at left> Select Micrsoft Account > Select Other issues signing in > Then choose Chat or Email us to contact Microsoft.
