Hello,
We solved it by creating a mailbox for management account and forwarding the mail to our personal mailbox.
We never use the Management account mailbox directly.
Receiving all notifications and alerts without being a member of the Global Administrator role
Hello,
Within our organization we have made a distinction between personal account with mailbox and management account without mailbox.
Previously, our personal accounts were members of the Global Administrator role, so we received all notifications and alerts via email.
In a number of portals it can be set specific email addresses to receive these emails to , but unfortunately you cannot specify this for all portals.
Question, does anyone know if it is possible and how to receive all notifications and alerts as email on our personal mailbox without being a member of the Global Administrator role?
Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately this is not the solution, we had already set this but we do not receive the notifications and alerts.
It concerns the following notifications and alerts that we would like to receive on our personal email:Microsoft Cloud App security
Microsoft Azure
Microsoft 365 Defender
Microsoft 365 Message center
Office365Alerts -
