show user profile picture on external mail

Dear all.

I would like to show/share our Logo when external users have a new email from our Marketing department, somthing like the pict. attached:

We use Office 365

    Profile pictures are not available externally. You can however use domain-based solution, read for example here: https://office365itpros.com/2018/12/06/email-company-logos-office365/

    Hi,

    Is this still the case today? Profil photo is still blank as I tried but not sure if I can set it somewhere.
