My WD USB external storage for backup has worked perfectly for 2 years. I use Acronis True Image with it also. I never had a problem. My OS is Windows 10 Pro 64. Windows will not recognize the drive now and I have tried to troubleshoot the problem with no result. The WD unit is on and spinning but I can not access it. I downloaded an app from WD.com to check the unit and is says all good. Please help. bobbysanti@attmvno .net
