Something Went Wrong - Intune Company portal

Question

I am tying to setup MDM Intune on our company. When I am about to register the android device this error is showing when accessing portal.manage.microsoft.com

What might be the configuration I am missing.

On tenand Administration the Office app and Azure apps was already set to show.

For this issue, did you use the BYOD(Android Enterprise personally owned devices with a work profile) method to enroll Android device?

Before Android enrollment, it is needed to set up intune. We can refer to the following link:

Hello, I am having the same error but I am using an apple device which is MDM connected.

I managed to get the by passed the error. You have to go to your devices that are not enrolled yet and assign a profile, that was what helped me.
