VM can not add Fiber Channel Adapter

Hi There,
We have one Failover Cluster for Hyper-V VMs running on Windows Server 2012R2. Everything working well but one thing. Today, I try to create Hyper-V VM server, everything normal also but I can't not add Fiber Channel Adapter for VM server. I click on "Add Hardware" the option Fiber Channel Adapter grayed out.
Have anyone faced same issue with me? I have tried some actions but still can not. It is production system so any safeties way to fix this issue.

    Hi,

    When you add the adapter for the VM, do you shut down the VM? When we add it, the VM should be offline.

    Hi,

    Have u tried shutdown VM to Add the FC Adapter at VM?

    I got the same greyed out only when VM is up.
