Upload a file as an attachment in the General channel posts which will trigger the provisioning of the email addresses for the channels.

I'm going on 7 days at this point with it still staying "We're still setting up your team. Please try again later"

    Hello,

This is not an answer but something I have noticed. 6 days ago, I created two teams with an additional channel per team. The email address for the general channel was ready, but the email address for both channels was not, and I was stuck on the "We're still setting up your team. Please try again later." message. Just now, when I wanted to check the channels again, it was ready to use and the email address was ready as well. In the admin portal, the envelope icon wasn't showing, but now it is. 24 hrs to setup the channel is understandable, not almost a week. This behavior is seriously weird, especially that there are no time indicators. Is this a bug or something?

We no longer see "Get email address for Channel" in teams however we can find it in teams admin center
Click the channel and the email icon has the email address.

    Hi JesudossJeyachandran-1996,

Agree with Luca, you need to turn on “Allow users to send email to a channel email address” in Microsoft Teams Admin Center.

It needs to wait up to sometime for this setting to take effect.

As I know, except the team owner, the channel member can also get the channel address. For more details, please refer to this article:
