There are options to not allow anyone but an organizer to forward an invitation via meeting options as long as you're not on a team email. It's best to send it from an email you have ownership over.

Hi @sims ,
It's not possible to block (guest)users from sharing the Meeting URL with other people while in a meeting.
What you can do to prevent unwanted people joining the meeting is settings some Teamsmeetingpolicies.
New-CsTeamsMeetingPolicy -Identity PolicyName -DesignatedPresenterRoleMode OrganizerOnlyUserOverride -AutoAdmittedUsers OrganizerOnly -AllowPSTNUsersToBypassLobby $False
By this way the organizer of the meeting has full control of accepting/rejecting people from the lobby.
Hi zims,
Yes, the guest can share the meeting invitation to other guests.
I’m afraid that it has no solution to block this currently.
We recommend you that please give a feedback to https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/40260652-option-to-disable-anonymous-users-and-allow-only-i.
