Cannot connect to the server 2016 Essentials Remote work place

Hello Support,

i have a Winodws Server 2016 Essential. All of a sudden one of the users cannot connect remotely to her workstation. i have run http:\server\connect and it goes through without any problems. But on the dashboard this computer shows offline and all the status are unavailable. I have disjoined and rejoined. Changed the computer name and ran CC cleaner and disabled Antivirus (Symantec SEP) and all the other tricks. Still not working. Please advise.

    i do not have these services on the problematic workstations or the ones that work. Please advise.

    Hi,
    Please check if following services are running on the problematic workstation, if not, manually restart them.

    Hi,
    Kindly test on one problematic client with following steps:

    1. Run Services.msc and check the status of windows essential related service.

    2.If stopped, manually start and if already start, kindly restart.

    For the windows essential server, please verify the service status with same steps.

    After above changes on both server and client, refresh the dashboard and check if the issues persist or not.
