    Hello,

Yes, i7-7700HQ processor is not compatible for Windows 11, according to Microsoft. Atm, we don't have any information, if it will be included in list of supported processors.

I recommend you to drop a feedback to Microsoft about this, using Feedback hub app.

    Regards.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

Have you tried the latest PC Health Check app?
If not get it from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/windows-11-specifications

Many users have stated this and if you have checked up on all the requirements like processor too then you can use the update assistance tool to get the Windows 11. Make sure you have 8th gen processors.

    Windows 11 supported Intel processors

I will also suggest you to post it Microsoft Windows 11 forums using below link.

Use L I N U X, way better than windows. I can custom it to do anything, even blo*j**b. For gaming better to buy an old gen console like PS4 or Nintendo. Buy new PC without (or cheap) graphics card. Linux support is best in terms of old hardware. You can install it in your washing machine, your Router or your electric toothbrush, almost anywhere you want, try that with windows. Guess what, it's free !!!

So I spent $3000 for a premium laptop 3 years ago and now it doesn't support the latest version of Windows because the 7700HQ processor is "too old"? Seriously?
