Was there any update recently? There are something wrong in TTS(Text To Speech) service (Korean ko-KR-SunHiNeural)

Hello. This is Mark from Korea.

I'm using TTS service more than 3 million characters per a month. Especially this voice (ko-KR-SunHiNeural)

Recently, this voice has become very weird. which is letters behind the comma cannot be read correctly. In the past, this voice read it really clearly.

But, these problems have appeared in a few days.

I will write down the sample letters below.

I'd really appreciate it if you could check it out.

I am sorry for the late response, there is no significant change for Speech Service. If you are still seeing this error, I would highly recommend you to raise a support ticket and work with a support engineer to see what happened.

Please let me know if you have no support plan, I would like to enable a one time free ticket for you.

Hello,

Sorry this is not any answers to solve the problem,
but I am having similar problems using Japanese "ja-JP-NanamiNeural".

I'm using default settings, so it shouldn't have any difference, but it was much better when I created the speech on Nov 04 compared to now.

I'm wondering if you were able to solve this problem by using further supports.
Will be glad to know.
