Hi,
Is it safe to remove this package: "MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience_321.14700.0.9_neutral_~_cw5n1h2txyewy"?
Or what is the motivation to keep this package?
Run PowerShell as Admin and enter these two commands one at a time:

AFAIK, if you uninstall it, features such as Spotlight, Widgets may be affected. It is not recommended to uninstall that app package, as it may broke some features.
This package came with a recently installed update, usually this is implemented for reasons of security and usability for the user, but if this package is affecting the performance of your device you can remove it, even because most of the files inserted in the updates are already enough and it does not depend directly on this package that you want to remove.
