For further confirmation, can you also see the mailbox of this resource? If so, do you really need to use this resource mailbox?
1>If you need to use this resource mailbox, with full access permission, I am afraid there is no way to only view the mailbox without displaying the calendar.
2>If you don't need this resource mailbox, you can delete it if you manually add the mailbox to an additional mailbox.
If this is not added manually but automatically appears under your mailbox, you need to contact your Exchange administrator to disable automapping by running the commands below:
Remove-MailboxPermission -Identity <ResourceMailbox> -User <YourMailbox> -AccessRights FullAccess
Add-MailboxPermission -Identity <ResourceMailbox> -User <YourMailbox> -AccessRights FullAccess -AutoMapping:$false
