2021-12-20T07:22:53.527+00:00 Hi @shamalsarai-5943 ,
Please check if you could log into the Teams for Web(on browsers) and other Microsoft softwares.
The error messages:
Error "AADSTS7000112 Application (Microsoft Teams) is disabled."
It may say that Microsoft Teams is disabled sign-in function in your AAD, you may have to contact your administrators to change that:
- Log on as a Microsoft 365 global admin and browse to the 'Azure Active Directory Admin Center': https://aad.portal.azure.com/<your_365_domain>.
- From the left hand pane, select 'Enterprise applications'.
- Under Manage, select 'All applications'.
- Change the 'Application type' filter to Microsoft Applications and the 'Applications status' to Disabled, then select Apply.
- If the Microsoft Teams application is returned, select it and under Manage, select Properties.
- Change the 'Enabled for users to sign-in?' setting to Yes and select Save.
Best regards,
Lou

2023-09-06T02:32:33.08+00:00 I followed the procedures above. I now get the following message: "We couldn't sign you in. If this error persists, contact your system administrator and provide the error code CAA2000B." We are a small firm, and I have no idea who our "System Administrator" is, although I was able to complete the steps that Lou provided above.
