Hi, I've recently enabled MFA on as a tenant, but now i'm having a problem logging in to the outlook desktop app. Im the only one having this problem, other coworkers don't seem to have it, while also having MFA enabled on their accounts
I've already tried removing all credentials from credential manager, removing all outlook profiles and resetting the login credentials, clearing the tpm(instructed by MSC rep).
After resetting the tpm i got the wamerror 80090016 Key does not exist, while powershell says tpmready : true and tpmactivated : true (tpm version 2.0).
i used to have an old login menu for outlook without a mfa option and that got stuck in a sign in loop where it wouldn't login and keep asking for the login info.
I hope anyone can help me
