After cofiguring viva app error

I have followed below link to configure viva app

However After I have added in the teams client application, then I am noticing below error. Please help

    Have you set up policy for pinned apps?

    I suggest you first go to global policy in the Setup policies to remove viva connection app. After that block viva connection app then allow viva connection app again in the Manage apps. At last, go to global policy in the Setup policies to re-add viva connection app.
