Hi,

I have created a subsite for a specific mission. Is there a way to archive automatically all emails related to this specific mission in the appropriate subsite ?

    You could use Power Automate to create a flow to achieve your requirement.

    In general, the flow is like this:

    If there are some attachments in the mails, you could abstract the attachments and create new files for them, just refer to this flow:

    Is there a way to archive automatically all emails related to this specific mission in the appropriate subsite

    try this:

    1. configure incoming emails in Sharepoint online like shown here: Step-By-Step: Bring Incoming Email to Your SharePoint Online Instance
    2. configure rule for incoming emails in your mail client (Outlook or similar) which will redirect emails related with specific mission (you may decide how exactly filter such emails. E.g. if email subject contains mission title) to shared mailbox created on previous step
