Hi, @Romila baretto
Sorry for the late reply.
We tried again to solve the "The tag present in the reparse buffer is invalid" problem. This problem may be related to Windows not installing updates and corrupt system files.
1.First check whether Windows has installed updates, click Check for updates in the system's settings-Windows Update, wait for Windows to complete the update, restart the computer, return to Onedrive and recreate the error "The tag present in the reparse buffer is invalid" error scene and see if the issue is now fixed.
2.If the problem is not resolved after updating Windows, try running a CHKDSK scan to check for corrupt system files.
- Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
- In the Run box, type "cmd" and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to open an elevated command prompt
- When prompted by the User Account Control window, click Yes to grant administrative privileges.
- Once at an elevated command prompt, type the following command and press Enter to initiate file dependency cleanup using the Check Disk Utility: chkdsk c: /f
- Next, you will be asked to confirm the action. Do this by typing the letter Y and pressing Enter.
- Wait until the operation is complete, then restart your PC and see if the "The tag present in the reparse buffer is invalid" error is now fixed.
You can also create a new Windows account to test if the problem is related to User Profile.
