Double-check under your RDP properties if you added the config "targetisaadjoined:i:1;" I am not sure if powering the machine is necessary but I found that when I applied the config and just restarted the VM it would not work. See if this fixes your issue.

    Hi @Hun boy

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform, thanks for posting your query here.

You should verify the following items:

    • What licenses have the user? **Should be one with Windows 10/11 Business (For example the bundle Microsoft Business Premium content that license) **
    • The Virtual Host is domain Join? The answer should be yes
    • The user has the role "Desktop Virtualization User" in the Application Group? The answer should be yes

Getting that information may help you (and me) to understand the current situation and resolve it.

    Hope this helps,
    Carlos Solís Salazar

The solution for me was verifying proper role assignments both to the application group and the VM itself. I ended up assigning Virtual Machine User Login at the Resource Group level and the Desktop Virtualization User role at the Application Group level to the appropriate User Groups and that solved my problem
