You should verify the following items:
- What licenses have the user? **Should be one with Windows 10/11 Business (For example the bundle Microsoft Business Premium content that license) **
- The Virtual Host is domain Join? The answer should be yes
- The user has the role "Desktop Virtualization User" in the Application Group? The answer should be yes
Getting that information may help you (and me) to understand the current situation and resolve it.
