Room resources not auto-accepting meeting requests

Hi Team, I have created a couple of room resources from scratch and I cannot get any of them to automatically process meeting requests.
I've tried a number of solutions such as enabling ProcessExternalMeetingMessages, setting the OWA options to "everyone" to book etc, I've tried creating a separate profile using just the desktop Outlook client as a couple of people have said that worked - nothing is working for me.. See below my current setup, any help would be appreciated.

    I ended up deleting this meeting room entirely and then re-creating it without editing any settings.
    Began working ok.

    blank look - Walk away... Slowly... ever... so .... slowly...

    Issue Symptom:
    Room resources not auto-accepting meeting requests.
    The value of AutomateProcessing has been set to AutoAccept.

    Solution:
    Recreate the room mailbox.
