Citrix Viewer app requires access to macOS Security and Privacy preferences for screen sharing to work. Users configure this preference in Apple menu > System preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Screen recording and select Citrix Viewer.
Screen share issue with MS Teams due to Citrix Optimization
I have user logged in through MAC OS and connecting VDI through Citrix application, he couldn't share the screen and its showing black tray when Teams is optimized.
After changing registry to unoptimize it starts working.
This issue started since feb 2022, is this an expected behavior for MAC users. Pls advise.

Users configure this preference in Apple menu > System preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab > Screen recording and select Citrix Viewer.

He had to allow Microsoft teams app for screen recording from his MAC book -
